- Switch off the power
to your ADSL broadband
modem or router (as Step
1).
- Leave the ADSL modem
or router off for a minimum
of 15 minutes
then reconnect.
This helps ensure the session
between your ADSL modem
or router fully times out
before then reconnecting.
If this does not
solve your problem please
go to Step
3.
If you find you have to
do this frequently (perhaps
more than once or twice
per month) please contact
us and we can get further
tests run on your line.
