your service renewal reaches
us at least 7 days before
the service renewal date
to ensure continued service.
A large proportion of the
costs of the broadband service
are payable to British Telecom
- it is therefore important
that we must ensure payment
is received in this time.
If your service does reach
its renewal date without
payment having been received
it is liable to be suspended
- if so a £25 + VAT
reconnection fee will apply
to re-enable the account.
Very shortly after an account
is suspended (typically
0-5 days) it will be ceased
at the BT exchange - if
this happens it will take
approx. 5-10 working days
to be re-activated and a
new line activation charge
(currently £40 + VAT)
will apply.
