If you are purchasing your ADSL hardware (modem or router) from us in addition to your ADSL broadband service we do not normally ship the hardware until we have received the line activation date from BT.

The line activation date is typically 5-10 working days on from the date the order is placed (depending on the workload of the BT engineers at your local exchange).

However, once we have a confirmed line activation date we ship most items by Royal Mail Special Delivery for next-day AM delivery so you should receive the hardware before your line is activated.
